Inspired by South Africa’s heritage and showcasing the best in locally-sourced produce and ingredients, we hope you will love it as much as we do. From charcuterie platters and superb cheese boards to fresh salads, artisanal breads and dips, beef sirloin and, of course, our famous Kay and Monty Freak Shakes, there’s lots to choose from on our brand new summer menu. Our cheese and charcuterie platters are a highlight of many a long lunch (plus a glass or two of our SAV, of course), and we have some great menu options for the kiddies too, so bring the whole family and explore the magnificent winelands of Plettenberg Bay.
With five hectares of land under grape, our award-winning boutique wine farm produces a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, a full-bodied red blend and a deliciously dry Chardonnay MCC – all a perfect compliment to the summer menu. The full range of Kay and Monty wines are showcased on our drinks list and are also available by the glass as well as part of a full tasting.

Situated at the heart of the Plettenberg Bay wine region, Kay and Monty is one of the most scenic parts of the entire route with vineyards sitting at the foothills of the magnificent Tsitsikamma Mountains and vines growing along the edge of thick forests.
Relax in our light and bright tasting room – our old orchid greenhouse that has been converted into a beautiful, modern space – or take a seat outside on the sunny deck and gaze across the rolling polo fields and glassy dam. Our estate is also a working polo farm, so expect to say hello to a few polo ponies when you visit too.
